Who we are

CB Properties own every property that we rent.

We are not “absentee landlords” and strive continually to keep our tenants satisfied.

The role of a landlord is complex. One needs to keep properties full, and to reduce tenant churn by retaining tenants for relatively long periods.

At CB Properties, minimum rental periods are 12 months, however, most tenants are reluctant to move once they rent from us, some staying for ten to twelve years!

We achieve these long occupancies through two principles – providing value for money, and by not skimping on service.

Being a member of the HBA Group of companies gives us the financial backing to provide above average rentals at reasonable prices.
